Strengthening Our Presence in Northern Malaysia with Enhanced Services and Growing Team

Parkson Credit Sdn Bhd proudly announces the official opening of our significantly expanded Northern Operation Hub in Ipoh, marking another important milestone in our commitment to serving customers across northern Malaysia.
Located at No. 18A Laluan Medan Rapat, off Jalan Raja Dr. Nazrin Shah, Ipoh, our expanded facility now spans an impressive 6,000 square feet – doubling our previous space with an additional 3,000 square feet of modern office space. This expansion reflects our dedication to providing enhanced credit management and assessment services throughout the northern region.
The Northern Operation Hub serves as our strategic base for Perak, Penang, Kedah, and Perlis, housing our growing team of over 40 dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to bring accessible financing solutions closer to communities across these states.
The grand opening ceremony on 25 July 2025 was graced by our senior management team, led by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Danny Poh Wan Chung, who travelled from our Kuala Lumpur headquarters to commemorate this significant achievement.

The ceremony featured a traditional ribbon-cutting, commemorative plaque signing, and celebration with the entire Northern Operation Hub team. The highlight of the event was the presentation of a signed declaration of commitment from the Ipoh team to the CEO, demonstrating their dedication to excellence in serving customers.
The expanded hub operates under the capable leadership of Credit Operations Hub Manager Encik Ghaz'zara Shazrul and his experienced team. Their local expertise combined with Parkson Credit's proven methodologies ensures that customers in the northern states receive the highest quality financial services tailored to their unique needs.
