    You can now WhatsApp to Parkson Credit to inquire the following:

    Submit your WhatsApp enquiry to us at 03-2303 3599 from Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) and our Customer Service Representatives will get back to you soonest.

    To comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Parkson Credit will only release your account details to inquiries made by the handphone number that is registered with us during the application process. To re-register a new handphone number with us, please fill in the Change of Personal Information Form on this page and send it to us at cs@parksoncredit.com.my.

    For other inquiries (early settlement, refund requests, etc), please call our Customer Service Line at 03-2303 3599 where we will be happy to assist you.
