1. ORGANISER AND CAMPAIGN PURPOSE
This Campaign is organised by Parkson Credit Sdn. Bhd. 201401016600 (1092686-P) ("Parkson Credit" or "the Company").
This Campaign encourages existing customers to adopt the Parkson Credit Mobile App as their primary service channel. The app has been developed in response to industry benchmarking showing mobile applications are standard practice among Malaysian credit financing providers. This is a customer service improvement initiative for existing customers, not a commercial promotion to acquire new business.
2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The Campaign runs from 1 March 2026 to 31 May 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. The Company reserves the right to extend or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, you must:

Be 18 years or older

Be an active customer of Parkson Credit with an existing loan account

Register and activate the Parkson Credit Mobile App during the Campaign Period by linking your account using your NRIC (for identity verification and security purposes)

Reside in Malaysia
-
Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of the Company
Clarification: Account linking via NRIC is a standard security requirement for financial services applications to verify your identity and does not constitute any additional purchase, payment, or consideration beyond your existing customer relationship with Parkson Credit.
4. PARTICIPATION RULES

Only one prize per customer will be awarded, regardless of the number of entries

Daily logins to the App during the Campaign Period will accumulate additional entries, increasing your chances of winning
-
Each day you log in to the app counts as one additional entry
-
No purchase or additional fee is required to enter the Campaign beyond your existing customer relationship with Parkson Credit
-
Any fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified at the Company's sole discretion
-
Participation does not affect your credit standing, payment obligations, credit rating, or future eligibility for financing with the Company
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners will be chosen through a randomised draw process conducted after the Campaign Period ends

The draw will be completed by 30 June 2026

The Company's decision regarding the selection of winners shall be final and binding
-
Winners will be notified via their registered contact information on the App within 7 working days of the draw
-
Winners must respond within 7 days and provide necessary identification for verification
Clarification: This draw incentivizes the voluntary migration of existing customers from our Customer Service WhatsApp channel to the mobile app platform. As all participants are existing customers with established financing and/or loan accounts, and app adoption requires no new financial commitment, this is a customer relationship management initiative to improve service delivery efficiency.
6. PRIZES
Prize pool:

200 x RM50 Parkson vouchers

1 x iPhone 17 (model and specifications as determined by the Company at time of award)
Prize distribution:

All prizes will be awarded through a randomised draw process

200 winners will each receive one RM50 Parkson voucher

1 winner will receive the iPhone 17

All eligible app registrants who complete registration and NRIC verification during the Campaign Period will be entered into the draw

Winners will be selected after the Campaign Period ends

Each customer can only win one prize (if selected for multiple prizes, only the highest value prize will be awarded)
Parkson Vouchers:

Valid for 12 months from issue date

Usable at participating Parkson stores only

Subject to Parkson's standard voucher terms

Approximate retail value: RM5,000

Colour and storage capacity at the Company's discretion based on availability
General Prize Conditions:

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash

The Company reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary

Winners are responsible for any taxes or charges associated with prize acceptance

Unclaimed prizes after 30 days from notification will be forfeited
7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Your personal data may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:

Account verification and security authentication

Contacting winners

Prize fulfilment

Marketing and promotional activities (you may opt out at any time)
Winners agree that their names may be published by the Company for marketing and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, subject always to the Company's Privacy Policy.

8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this Campaign or acceptance of prizes

The Company is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or interrupted service affecting participation

Participants release the Company from all claims related to the Campaign

The Company's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign is final and binding
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Campaign is a customer service migration initiative designed to encourage adoption of the Parkson Credit Mobile App among existing customers who already have established financing and/or loan accounts with the Company

Participation in the Campaign is strictly through the Company's App only
-
App registration via NRIC verification is a standard security measure for financial services applications and does not constitute any new purchase, payment, or financial commitment

The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice, if circumstances beyond its control so require, including regulatory requirements

Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or undermine the Campaign will result in immediate disqualification and may result in legal action

11. GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
