    Putting Our Customers as First Priority

    As we enter the halfway mark of 2021 with no end in sight to the Covid-19 pandemic, the challenge has just begun for some.

    With that in mind, banks have recognized the continued challenges faced by its borrowers / customers in the current environment and has initiated the Loan Repayment Assistance in the form of six (6) months loan moratorium which is available to individuals (B40, M40 and T20), microenterprises and affected SMEs starting 7 July 2021.

    The moratorium however does not apply to Parkson Credit customers as it is a non-bank credit provider. Hence we would like to advise our customers to continue observing their respective repayment schedule via our available payment channels.

    Nevertheless, as a socially responsible company during this challenging period, we are always ready to help our customers. Customers who require assistance to reorganize their monthly instalment payments due to the difficulties caused by Covid-19 can approach Parkson Credit via i-tolong.

    Financial distress is a real threat for many. Therefore we encourage our affected customers to reach us in order to find a workable solution together to overcome this difficult time.
